Why We Exist
Four years ago, we recognized a clear need for greater equity in STEM. Despite earning nearly half of all STEM degrees, women hold less than 25% of STEM jobs. This disparity has left countless talented women and rising professionals struggling to find opportunities that match their skills and ambitions—while organizations continue to search for effective ways to improve retention and build more diverse teams.
AdaMarie was created to bridge this gap. Inspired by the real stories of individuals navigating systemic barriers—and by companies eager to find and support underrepresented talent—we set out to build a platform where opportunity and access go hand in hand.
