The 6-Week Career Accelerator (March 17 - April 23) is a virtual, cohort-based experience designed to help early-career professionals in STEM strengthen their job search, grow their professional brand, and thrive in the workplace, alongside a trusted, supportive network.

How it Works

6 Weeks. Live Virtual Sessions. Real Growth.

Participate in six live, expert-led sessions alongside a small cohort of peers. Each week focuses on a core career skill—from resumes and interviews to career mapping, workplace communication, and AI for the workplace.

You’ll apply what you learn through guided discussion and real-time practice, with access to a private cohort Slack channel for support throughout the program.

To receive your end-of-program certificate, participants must attend at least 5 of the 6 live sessions.

Session options:
Two live session times will be offered each week. When you register, you’ll select your preferred session time. If you’re unable to attend your usual session in a given week, you may join the alternate session.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No—students, recent grads, career changers, and those between roles are welcome.

  • To receive your end-of-program certificate, you’ll need to attend at least 5 of the 6 live sessions. Two session schedules are available. When you register you will be asked to choose a session time. If you’re unable to attend your usual session in a given week, you’re welcome to join the alternate session.

  • Yes! All programming is virtual and timezone-inclusive when possible.

  • Plan for 1 hour per week: a 45-60-minute live session, plus optional self-paced reflection.

  • Once registered, you will receive a calendar invite and virtual meeting link for all your chosen sessions, as well as access to our private accelerator slack channel.

  • Reach out—we’d love to help you decide if the Accelerator meets your needs.

  • Although we do recommend joining AdaMarie Professional Network to get the most out of the program — and to receive access to all of our other events, resources, and community offerings — membership is not required to participate in the Career Accelerator. Non-members are welcome to register for the Accelerator at a rate of $135 per participant.
