AdaMarie Virtual Coffee Chat
What’s Shifting at Work: Hiring, Belonging & Policy in 2025
DATE • TIME
Join us for a timely virtual coffee chat on the state of the workplace equity in 2025.
As recent executive orders and shifting political priorities impact corporate DEI efforts, many employers are re-evaluating how they approach inclusion, talent development, and compliance. This conversation will explore what these changes mean for your organization - and how to stay committed to equity while adapting to today’s realities.
In this session, we’ll discuss:
How executive orders from the current administration are shifting (or appearing to shift) the legal landscape and how companies are responding.
The increasing value of cultivating inclusion and belonging in the workplace, especially when the future of programs like ERGs, BRGs, and access-focused accelerators are uncertain.
Balancing internal and external pushback — from those calling for more investment in DEI and those questioning its impact on their own opportunities.
Hiring trends in a shifting market — how some companies are taking advantage of top talent on the move, and why this is a key moment to diversify your pipeline.
