AdaMarie Experts Live Series

Bridging the Gap: Essential Skills for New Hires and Inclusive Retention Strategies

Picture this: You’re starting a new job, maybe even your first. Nerves are high, and you find yourself wondering, “How can I showcase my potential without much experience?” or “How do I know if my employer truly values inclusivity?”

Or perhaps you’re leading HR or People Operations at your company, asking, “How can I ensure our new hires feel supported and understand what’s expected?”

We invite you to join us for an interactive live Q&A session where both employers and job seekers will explore key strategies for finding inclusive workplaces and retaining early talent—especially women in STEM—during those pivotal early career years.

It's all happening on October 2nd at 9am PT / 12pm ET.

Here’s what to expect:

  • The AdaMarie team will kick it off and share more about why we created the AM Experts.

  • We’ll dive into some Q&A with Sara and Grace that will benefit both job seekers and employers.

  • And then we’ll open it up for questions from you!
