AdaMarie is a groundbreaking organization dedicated to aggregating and uplifting emerging women in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Our mission is to create a vibrant, inclusive ecosystem where talented women can connect with leading companies eager to fill STEM roles with exceptional candidates. We’re bridging the gap between next-gen STEM talent and the outdated status quo by combining community, educational resources, and best-in-class hiring tools all on one platform. We are here to help jobseekers navigate - and employers change – the “boy’s club” of working in STEM.

About the Group

As an AdaMarie Student Ambassador you will help guide all content AdaMarie provides to its user base! We want to know all about you: your interests, your goals, your passions, your questions, and any difficulties you and your friends are facing as young women, as students and as jobseekers! You’ll be working closely with our Marketing and Programming teams to connect our marketing strategy with real time feedback directly from the community we are looking to support. You’ll also receive personalized and individual guidance while you navigate starting your own career. Let us help you begin the job seeking process by assisting in creating your personal and online brand all while continuously expanding your professional network and connecting with other young women pursuing a career in STEM!

Qualifications:

ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

🧪 Currently studying a STEM discipline at a university, college, or vocational school (bootcamps included!)

🔊 Excellent organizational and communication skills

👯‍♀️ Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

(Even if you feel these aren’t your strong suit, don’t discredit yourself before you even try – your voice and opinions are just as important!)

Responsibilities:

💻 Following AdaMarie on all social media (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn) and sharing AdaMarie content with your networks!

🚀 Creating a free profile on the AdaMarie site

🙏 Get rewarded for sharing AdaMarie with your networks!

🌎 Joining our AdaMarie Student Ambassador Community Group thread on Mighty Networks

  • Active engagement in content polls/surveys

  • Active promotion of all AdaMarie community events

  • 1-hour long call per quarter
