There’s nothing like a good mentor - but it can be difficult to find someone you relate to, who has your best interests at heart, and whose advice you can trust. With a staggering gender gap in STEM, young women* in these industries need support navigating a world not built for them.

We started the AdaMarie Mentorship Collective to showcase and collaborate with a diverse group of talented female professionals who can help us prepare the next generation of STEM talent for successful careers.

We are looking for mentors* who can speak from their experiences and share tips and advice about how best to navigate the trials and tribulations of being a woman in the STEM workforce. Whether you’re a neuroscientist, a professor, a tech founder, a communications expert, or beyond – we would love to hear from you!

*Mentorship would be through content rather than one-to-one relationship
