Introducing Our Inaugural AdaMarie Experts: Your Career Development and Workplace Guides!

At AdaMarie, our mission is to close the gender gap in STEM by empowering women to build successful and fulfilling careers. We're excited to introduce our newest initiative to support this goal - our AdaMarie Experts!

What is an AdaMarie Expert?

The AdaMarie Experts are an accomplished group of women leaders who will serve as career development and workplace experts, advisors and role models for the AdaMarie community – job seekers and employers alike. This collective will grow and change each quarter, adding new voices and perspectives to the AdaMarie content library!

As AdaMarie Experts, they'll provide guidance around various aspects of career development - from identifying your strengths and goals, to networking, interviewing, negotiating compensation, and more. Through blog posts, videos, and live Q&As, the Experts will give you the roadmap and support you need to thrive in your dream job with confidence.

The Experts will also provide content for STEM employers, providing tips on how to make your organizations more attractive and inclusive for women. They'll advise companies on best practices for recruiting, developing, and retaining top female talent.

That being said, we're thrilled to introduce our inaugural AdaMarie Experts:
