We focus on the first 0–8 years of a STEM career, across the full ecosystem—from clinical research, software development, accounting and data science to engineering, public health, biology, and beyond.
WHY WE EXIST
We saw a gap. We built a bridge.
Despite earning nearly half of all STEM degrees, women hold less than 25% of STEM jobs. That gap does not happen by accident. It happens when professionals, especially women and those from underrepresented backgrounds, enter the field without the mentorship, networks, and career support they need to stay and grow.
AdaMarie was created to close that gap. Inspired by the real stories of professionals navigating systemic barriers, and by organizations eager to support and develop future-ready talent, we set out to build a community where opportunity and access go hand in hand. Ultimately, turning belonging into a tangible career advantage.

Both worked in fields that were not built for them. Both changed those fields anyway. AdaMarie carries their names as a reminder of what becomes possible when women and underrepresented groups have access to the right support.

AdaMarie is a division of Advanced Clinical — a research services and strategic resourcing organization with decades of experience in clinical research, committed to improving outcomes for patients, sponsors, and the professionals who power the research journey.
The connection runs deeper than an organizational chart. Advanced Clinical's involvement in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association Gender Equity Think Tank is what surfaced the access gap that AdaMarie was built to address. That work produced a community.
