AdaMarie collaborates with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association on White Paper
AdaMarie, in collaboration with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association Gender Equity Think Tank (GETT), has published its second white paper titled, “Bridge Skills: The Missing Piece in the STEM Pipeline.”
The comprehensive report, available for download here, examines why employers struggle to retain the talented women they’ve worked hard to recruit and identifies the cultivation of “Bridge Skills” - the competencies that are necessary to thrive in an organization but are frequently absent from educational curricula - as a critical piece of the puzzle.
Including interview excerpts from our conversations with HBA CEO Mary Stutts and HBA Chief People and DEI Officer Nikki Jones, data-driven assessments and practical recommendations, this document stands as a valuable resource for all stakeholders invested in maintaining the pipeline for next-generation STEM talent.
