The 2026 AdaMarie Career Accelerator: Build Skills That Move Your Career Forward

Early in your career, growth rarely comes from one big break. It comes from learning how to navigate systems, communicate your value, and make intentional choices as the ground shifts beneath you.

That’s exactly why the 2026 AdaMarie Career Accelerator exists. The Accelerator is a six-week, cohort-based experience designed for early-career professionals (0–8 years) who want to strengthen core career skills and build confidence in how they show up at work.

What the Career Accelerator Is (and Isn’t)

The AdaMarie Career Accelerator is a live, virtual program that combines expert-led sessions, guided discussion, and peer learning.

It’s designed to help participants:

  • Strengthen foundational career skills

  • Understand workplace dynamics and expectations

  • Advocate for themselves with confidence

  • Navigate emerging tools like AI thoughtfully

  • Build momentum without burning out

What it isn’t: A passive webinar series. A resume dump. A one-size-fits-all career formula.

Participants are active contributors, learning alongside a small cohort of peers who are navigating similar stages and questions.

What Participants Can Expect

Six live, expert-led sessions focused on the skills early-career professionals need most right now, including:

  • Career mapping and decision-making

  • Workplace communication and collaboration

  • Emotional intelligence and influence

  • Self-advocacy and visibility

  • AI in the modern workplace

Each session blends practical frameworks with real-world context, so participants can apply what they learn immediately to their roles, job searches, or next career move.

To support different schedules, two live session times are offered each week, and participants may attend an alternate session if needed. A certificate of completion is awarded with attendance at five of the six sessions.

Between sessions, participants have access to a private cohort Slack channel, creating space for reflection, peer support and accountability.

Meet the 2026 Accelerator Experts

One of the defining features of the Career Accelerator is the people leading it.

The 2026 cohort features AdaMarie Experts whose work spans STEM, leadership, technology, and organizational systems, including:

  • Camille Smith (Senior Scientist at GSK): Guiding participants through self-advocacy in the workplace, from speaking up to negotiating boundaries and opportunities.

  • Kima Sargsyan (Experience & Brand Strategy Director at Huge): Leading a session on AI, culture, and strategy in the workplace—helping participants make sense of emerging tools without losing sight of human judgment and values.

  • Kinta Gates (Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations at Glossier): Sharing knowledge on the topic of STEM career mapping and common myths early-career professionals should look out for.

  • Kristy McCann (Founder & CEO of 127 Ventures): Opening the program with systems thinking, career ownership, and clarity around how work actually moves inside organizations.

  • She’kia Morant (Director, Brand Marketing, Women's Streetwear at Nike): Giving guidance on how to navigate personal branding and visibility when navigating the workplace.

  • Victoria Farris (Founder & CEO of Farris Consulting): Leading a session on emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership, helping participants understand how to navigate people, power, and presence at work.

Each expert brings lived experience and creates space for honest, grounded conversation.

Why Early-Career Professionals Shouldn’t Miss This

Many early-career professionals are doing strong work, yet still feel unsure about:

  • How decisions are really made

  • How to be seen as more than execution-focused

  • How to prepare for what’s coming next

  • How to grow without constantly second-guessing themselves

The Career Accelerator meets people right there. It provides structure during a stage of career development that often feels ambiguous, isolating, or overly reactive. Participants leave with clearer language, stronger judgment, and a deeper understanding of how to navigate work with intention.

Just as importantly, they leave knowing they’re not doing this alone.

How to Join

The 2026 AdaMarie Career Accelerator is included at no additional cost with an AdaMarie Professional Network membership. Non-members may enroll separately.

Whether you’re navigating your first few years at work, considering a pivot, or simply want to strengthen skills that last, the Accelerator is designed to support you where you are now and where you’re headed next.

Growth doesn’t happen all at once but with the right tools, guidance, and community, it does accelerate.
