2025 was a year of firsts for AdaMarie. And like every meaningful first, it was exciting, a little scary, deeply affirming, and impossible to do alone.
Expanding Access Through Our Job Board
This year, the AdaMarie Job Board became a living, breathing resource for opportunity. Not just a list of roles, but a pathway for early‑career professionals navigating what can often feel like a closed system.

Launching Our First Career Accelerator
2025 also marked a milestone we’ll always hold close: the launch of our inaugural AdaMarie Career Accelerator.
What started as an idea became a real, cohort-based experience where early-career and career-changing professionals built community together. It was proof of what happens when you create intentional space for growth and trust people to rise to meet it.
This first accelerator laid the foundation for what’s coming next. And we’re just getting started.
The 2025 Career Navigation Summit: A Moment We’ll Never Forget
In September, we hosted our first Career Navigation Summit, and honestly? We’re still smiling about it.

Across 35 states
Students, early-career professionals, recruiters, and leaders gathered in one virtual room to talk honestly about careers, growth, and what comes next. It felt electric. It felt necessary. It felt like the beginning of something bigger than we imagined.
Growing the AdaMarie Professional Network
This year, we welcomed 700+ members into the AdaMarie Professional Network.
That means hundreds of conversations, shared resources, late‑night encouragement, wins celebrated, and questions asked without judgment. Watching this community grow reminded us of something simple but powerful: careers aren’t built in isolation. They’re built in community.
We also hosted speed networking sessions with 100+ participants, creating space for real connection instead of transactional exchange. Confidence grew. New relationships formed. Doors cracked open.
