A CPA, financial strategist, and Managing Partner at The Money Council, known professionally as the Legacy CPA, Renesha framed her session as the "big sister conversation" most women in STEM never get to have. She's lived two very different lives: nearly a decade climbing the corporate finance ranks, and then a deliberate pivot into entrepreneurship. That experience of planning through a major identity shift without losing wealth is exactly what she came to help others prepare for.
Her central tools are what she calls the "index card" roadmap, a decade-by-decade picture of the woman you're becoming and what each season financially requires and a 90-day roadmap.
She offered a reassuring reminder for anyone feeling overwhelmed by all of it: you don't have to know every woman you will become to begin caring for her today. You only need one action.
